Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product (for both Indian and International orders).
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- Natural crystals and gemstones may have slight variations in color, size, and shape — these are natural characteristics and not considered defects.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
- An unboxing video is compulsory for all return requests.
- The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened, the product condition, and the packaging.
- Without a proper unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products without original packaging
- Customized items
- Returns without unboxing video
Return Shipping
- India: Return shipping charges will be discussed on a case-to-case basis.
- International: Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and any customs-related costs.
How to Request a Return

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product
- Unboxing video
Refund Policy
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error — wrong or damaged product).
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- For cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
